In February 2000, Kath Rose and Darren Wilson celebrated the romantic holiday by getting divorced, courtesy of their local radio station. The pair, who had separated 4 years previous, won a competition put on by the radio show. The prize? The radio station would cover the costs of their divorce proceedings, and pay for the pair to go on a “divorce moon” – separately, of course.
