Realtionship Coach, Rachel New will inspire and guide us to set goals for all our relationships – with ourselves, friends, family, colleagues, exes, children and romantic – in 2023 by using a mindful, self-compassionate approach.

Rachel New has been a dating and relationships coach and educator in London, UK for seven years. Rachel is very evidence-based, using published scientific research to inform her advice, as well as being practical, down-to-earth and realistic. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, psychodynamic, CBT and emotion-focused.

Rachel works with people like you on making sense of your upbringing and past relationships, moving on from divorce, your relationship with yourself and your emotions, identifying your relationship needs, self-esteem and confidence, dating anxiety, using dating apps and other ways to meet people, conversation skills, relationship skills (such as empathy, conflict management and communication), adjusting to stepchildren, and much more.

Rachel works with all ages, genders, sexual preferences, ethnicities, abilities and backgrounds. Rachel has a Masters in psychology, is a qualified teacher with twenty-five years’ experience, has training in life and mindfulness coaching and counselling, and has trained with The Gottman Institute to work with couples. Rachel also worked for nine years at the University of Oxford in social psychology.
