It will be another sweet victory for Johnny Depp after Amber Heard losing her appeal. Please don’t forget to subscribe.
Amber put in her notice of appeal and paid $500. Judge Penny gave the option to post a suspension bond at $10.35 million plus 6% interest a year. Amber has until Monday to post the bond or Johnny can start collecting his judgement. There was a lot of confusion about the bond but it turned out to be optional if she wants to appeal. And given that she’s been blacklisted and not working, I don’t think she can afford to post that bond. Johnny Depp should start collecting and seizing her assets. The appeal could take a year or more to conclude.
Even more of Amber’s lies were exposed when it was revealed she wasn’t paying her legal bills, her insurance company was. Legal bills was her excuse to not pay charities with her divorce settlement. It’s curious however she was on expensive vacations during this time and suing other people. In unsealed court documents that have leaked, an email exchange between Elaine Bredehoft and Ben Chew reveals she was called out by Johnny’s team. Ben writes, “Nor does Mr. Depp, who actually pays his own legal bills…”
Amber might be texting Elon Musk to help with the $10.35 million suspension bond, but after she called him out for bugging her car in the media, he’s probably not going to do it.
The appeal is going to go nowhere. This is Amber Heard a day after she claims Johnny Depp brutally DV’d her and broke her nose. One of the many reasons she lost the defamation case, and one of the reasons she’ll lose any appeal. By the way, these photos were not allowed in the UK because that trial was biased. The judge’s son worked for the owners of The Sun newspaper and Amber was friends with the judge’s wife’s best friend.
Amber was also arrested for DV in 2009 and later asked the cops to erase her record when she met Johnny.
And this is very interesting, because high school friends of Amber say that she got into an accident when she was a minor that ended up killing her best friend. Because she was a minor, this record was sealed, but it’s the reason why she was arrested for driving with a suspended licence. So Amber has a history of covering up her crimes. I truly believe Johnny is lucky to be alive, because in some respects the evidence Amber has may have been a part of plan to stage something more nefarious and use a self defence argument or an OD story. Maybe even a slip and fall like Bob Saget.
It will never not be insane to me how Amber is on audio saying “I was hitting you/I can’t promise I won’t get physical again”, yet people are continuing til this day defending her, calling the cops on JD supporters, and making things very personal. Johnny would be OVER if he had said those things.
It’s gotten so bad that Evan Rachel Wood denied being friends with Amber. Amber was spotted in a picture with Evan who is now being sued by Marilyn Manson for defamation. And people are circulating this picture as proof that Evan is lying. Evan took to Instagram to distance herself from this loser, and that got Amber’s ex Eve Barlow in a spiral. She went on a Twitter storm telling Evan to keep Amber’s name out of her mouth. I truly think Eve is Amber at this point, because I do think Evan and Amber are friends. In one of Amber’s tweets, she brings up Evan in solidarity. It was revealed that Eve Barlow was involved in a Shania Twain documentary, which is being boycotted because of her associated with Amber. Too bad, cause I wanted to watch it.

Whatever the case, It looks to me Amber doesn’t want to move on like she said she wanted to in her testimony.
