A family court in Bhilwara, Ajmer granted divorce to a woman who moved court seeking separation from her husband due to absence of toilet. The 24-year old woman stated that even after repeated requests to construct a toilet, her husband paid no heed to the need, forcing her to defecate openly. The court while observing the case called termed it ‘cruelty’ against the wife and allowed the marriage to be dissolved.
