The country singer is also asking for Mike to pay alimony in addition to covering and the cost of of her legal fees.
Their official date of separation is listed as April 20, one day before she revealed the split with a somber Instagram post amid more infidelity accusations against the former professional football player.
‘As I try to make sense of a reality I never wanted to believe could be possible again, those words have now become a reality,’ she wrote on social media.
